The profile rolling machine produced by our company is an efficient profile rolling equipment, suitable for various specifications of profiles, such as channel steel, angle steel, H-shaped steel, I-beam, flat steel, square tube, round tube, square tube, etc. The end of the pre-bendable profile can be bent into a circle, ring, arc, spiral and other workpieces, which are widely used in aerospace, petrochemical, hydropower, shipbuilding, automobile manufacturing, machinery manufacturing, steel structures, etc.
Structure
1. The rolling mold or tooling can be customized according to the customer's external dimensions. Due to tempering and quenching treatments, they provide ideal surface hardness and wear resistance.
2. The two lower rollers can rotate around a fixed center to pre-bend the profile.
3. This metal forming machine is equipped with a displacement sensor (grating scale) to ensure that the positions of the two lower rollers can be accurately monitored and displayed on the control panel. The accuracy is as high as ±0.15mm.
4. The three-axis (front and back | up and down | left and right) guide rollers are driven by hydraulic cylinders and controlled by the console, which is convenient to control the deformation and rolling accuracy of the profile.
5. The three rollers are individually driven by hydraulic motors and can rotate clockwise and counterclockwise.
6. All movements of the corner rollers are powered by the hydraulic power station.

The work roll is the main part of the equipment, which is made of 42CrMo, quenched and tempered after rough machining, HB241~286, quenched in medium frequency after finishing HRC52-58, according to JB/ZG4289-86 roll steel standard, the stiffness is in accordance with (1/700~1/1000) L - refers to the distance between the center line of both sides of the frame. And it is manufactured in strict accordance with the standard process requirements of work roll manufacturing to ensure its comprehensive mechanical properties.
The base and frame are the main body of the equipment, adopting welded structure, strictly annealed in accordance with the process, eliminating internal stress, surface shot blasting, with sufficient strength and rigidity to ensure normal work under full load.
The upper roll is the active roll, driven by a hydraulic motor through the planetary reducer, to achieve the rotation of the upper work roll, to ensure the accurate positioning of the workpiece roll and pre-bending. The machine as a whole ensures sufficient strength and rigidity, and the main stress parts are reliably connected by keys and pins for easy installation and maintenance. Equipped with balance valve to ensure the same speed of forward and reverse rotation, and can achieve accurate control.
The lower roller and both sides of the roller lifting movement are driven by the oil cylinder at both ends, the bearings at both ends are supported by spherical roller bearings, and the lifting synchronization is controlled by computer; the dumping side of the upper roller is equipped with dumping oil cylinder, and the tail of the upper roller is equipped with balancing mechanism, which can unload the rolled workpiece and the barrel easily.
